We are thrilled to announce an exciting update to our platform’s page permissions feature. This update brings enhanced flexibility and control to Client Admins and Owners, making it easier than ever to manage page permissions for newly created and duplicate pages.
Simplifying Page Permissions Management:
Previously, whenever a new page was created, all Client Admins would automatically receive view permission for that page, regardless of their need to access it. This created unnecessary clutter and potential security concerns. Similarly, when a duplicate page was created, all Client Admins would automatically receive view permission for the duplicate, even if they didn’t require access.
Introducing Refined Permissions Behavior:
In response to user feedback and to improve the page permissions management experience, we have made important changes with this update. Here’s what you can expect:
- Newly Created Pages: From now on, only Client Admins who are specifically granted view permission for a newly created page will be able to access it. This means that Client Admins who do not need access to a particular page will no longer have view permission automatically added to their account. You have complete control over which Client Admins can view specific pages.
- Duplicate Pages: When a duplicate page is created, only the Client Admin who had view permission for the original page will automatically receive view permission for the duplicate page. Other Client Admins will need to be granted view permission if they require access to the duplicate page. This ensures that access is granted selectively, based on the specific needs of each Client Admins.

With more granular control over who can access specific pages, you can ensure that only the relevant Client Admins have view permission.
