We have updated the sender’s email address from email@example.com to firstname.lastname@example.org. In the future, emails for various scenarios that were previously received from email@example.com will now be sent from firstname.lastname@example.org. This change aims to enhance clarity and ensure a consistent email communication experience.
Footer with Contextual Help:
We have added a contextual help footer to the emails sent from the email@example.com email address, which is as follows:
“Please note: this e-mail was sent from a notification-only address that cannot accept incoming e-mail. Please do not reply to this message. If you have any questions and wish to contact us, visit https://home.rallypay.com/contact/”.
This footer provides additional information, guidance, and resources to assist recipients with any questions or concerns they may have regarding the email content.
