We are thrilled to announce the release of Donations with Micro-service functionality, featuring three APIs: V1, V2, and Pages. This update introduces several new fields and functionalities across all three APIs, enhancing the donation processing experience. Let’s explore the key features and changes included in this release:

Key Features and Improvements:

    • Sale: The donation process includes a sale transaction for smooth payment execution.
  4. Fees Calculations:
    • Various fees are now incorporated into the donation process, including transaction fees, Rallypay fees, agency fees, and credit card fees.
  5. Attribute Updates:
    • Multiple attributes associated with the donation have been affected, including platform share, cause share, broker split amount, fundraiser amount, donor-to-pay cents, upsell amount, agency tip cents, agent rate, and transaction rate.
  6. Affected Tables:
    • Donations trigger updates in various tables, including activities, credit card, donation, followers, recurring donation, scorable, tracking link, upsell amounts details, custom field values, custom field, recurring upsell breakpoints, upsell breakpoints, and upsell.
  7. Ledgers:

User Profile and Agency Info

In addition to the transaction-related features, this release also introduces major updates to the User Profile and Agency Info sections. Here are the highlights:

  1. Profile Information:
    • Users can now view and edit their first name, last name, email address, and profile picture. Additionally, they have the option to change their current password.
  2. Agency Information:
    • General: Users can conveniently contact customer support by clicking the “contact customer success” hyperlink. The section also includes fields for the organization name, website, phone number, and address.
    • Financial: Users can manage their agency payments from RallyPay. They can view and update bank account information, including status (active, inactive, or default), and adjust auto-withdrawal settings, such as interval and beginning-on date.
    • Clients: Users can access information about the clients (causes) associated with their agency, including client name, gross-to-date amount, and agency earnings based on the provided share, last activity date, and status.
    • Payments: This tab provides a comprehensive overview of the agency’s withdrawn earnings, displaying the client name, withdrawn amount, status, and the option to download reports.
    • Transactions: Users can review transaction details categorized as contributions and recurring contributions, including date, organization name, transaction ID, amount, and status.

We believe that these enhancements will significantly improve the transaction process, streamlining operations and reducing manual effort. We also think these changes will enable more agencies to collect commission payments from RallyPay.
