Previously, our submerchant agreements were referenced in our Terms Of Service. Using the platform meant that you automatically accepted the terms of our submerchant agreement. This release distinctly presented our agreement to our current and new merchants through our onboarding process.

Further, acceptance of our submerchant agreement is now saved in our database against each merchant with a digital signature and date. These agreements can be provided to our merchant acquirer and acquiring bank upon request.
